A Balanced Workout

As someone who has been working out 5-6 days a week for years, I’m no stranger to the occasional injury, muscle strain or just general soreness that comes from being in the gym. Typically, my daily workout consists of 30 minutes of cardio, followed by 30-60 minutes of well-balanced strength training with some supersets and HIIT training.

I have an established workout routine and nutrition regiment that usually keeps me feeling my best, but recently, I’ve started to have some pretty intense soreness in my back, knees and sometimes ankles.

I began to do some research on what types of supplements I could incorporate into my nutrition plan to help reduce my discomfort, but I started to grow weary when I read the ingredients list on a lot of the products. My routine at that point consisted of daily pre-work out, BCCA’s,CLA’s,probiotics, turmeric, fish oil and protein shakes to build up muscle following my workouts, so I was apprehensive to bring another set of ingredients and chemicals into the mix.

A Natural Alternative

That’s when I found out about bioenrgi’s Power Workout that was designed to support anabolic action, encourage quicker recovery after strenuous workouts, and boost my energy (all of which I desperately needed). And with it being drug and chemical free, there was no way I wasn’t going to give it a try.

In addition to being satisfied with my results and not feeling like I needed to skip days in the gym to recover, the best part about the whole thing was that the patch lasts for up to 3 days once placed, meaning I forgot all about it even being there!

Thanks to bioenrgi’s Power Workout patch, I found something to work into my fitness regimen that I’m comfortable using, and keeps me from having to miss days in the gym due to extreme soreness or fatigue.
